With the aspect of dual classes available in the Runes of Magic game, players can have a primary class and a secondary class. While all the class skills are available to the primary class that is played, only general skills are available to the secondary class played.

Knights are the class that can have the properties of a priest and a warrior, plus they are the class that is able to wear plate armor in the game. Choosing a knight as a primary or secondary class can have great benefits. These are the skills that are playable with a Knight class as the primary class.

Knight Primary Skills, Level 1-20

These are the knight skills for the primary that are between the levels of 1 and 20.

  • Holy Shield – Level 1 – This is an instant cast spell where for five seconds all that are within range and within the party gets a block of all physical damage.
  • Holy Seal – Level 2 – This is an instant cast spell where your weapon has holy power where there is light damage and holy seals on target (up to 3).
  • Mana Return – Level 2 – This is an instant cast spell where holy seals are activated to give 30 points of mana (plus 6 per upgrade).
  • Whirlwind Shield – Level 6 – This is an instant cast spell that gives 40% main hand weapon damage per second with 0.1 times the defense value of the shield as inflictable damage to the target and adds aggro. Shields must be equipped for this to work.
  • Shackles of Light, Rank 1 – Level 10 – This is an instant cast spell that roots an enemy for six seconds.
  • Resolution – Level 14 – This is an instant cast spell that ups hit point maximum amount by 300 for a minute (plus 30 per upgrade).
  • Charge – Level 18 – This is an instant cast spell that makes the player charge a target for 25 points of damage (plus 6 per upgrade) and 2 seconds of stun (plus 0.08 per upgrade).
  • Threaten – Level 20 – This is an instant cast spell where holy seals are activate to increase the aggro by 20% (plus 2% per upgrade) for a total of eight seconds.

These lower level primary skills are designed to keep a knight alive and up his/her damage potential.
